Today, we welcome the Rev. Hollie Tapley as our guest speaker. Rev. Tapley is the Conference Disaster Response and UMVIM Coordinator for the Great Plains Conference of the United Methodist Church.

The Great Plains Conference consists of Kansas and Nebraska. Rev. Tapley will share about how our conference has responded to the unprecedented number damaging storms in Kansas and Nebraska in 2024. She will also share about how we have supported disaster responses across the country and around the world. Finally, she will speak to how disaster response is more than addressing physical needs. It is also about making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
